Pacific Coast Wildlife Nature Tours

SEASON: ALL YEAR
Costa Rica is a sanctuary for wildlife lovers, nature photographers, and eco-conscious travelers. While our sea turtle conservation project draws people from around the world to the beaches of Parrita, Jacó, and Quepos, the surrounding region offers something just as magical inland: lush national parks, biodiverse forests, and incredible wildlife.
Discover the Wild Nature of Costa Rica
Our guided nature tours take you off the beach and into the heart of the jungle—just minutes from some of the country’s most celebrated protected areas.
Surrounded by National Parks and Natural Beauty
Our location is a gateway to three of Costa Rica’s most unique national parks, each offering a different window into the country’s biodiversity:
- Manuel Antonio National Park (just 30–40 minutes away): World-famous for its stunning combination of tropical rainforest and white sand beaches, Manuel Antonio is home to sloths, monkeys, iguanas, and hundreds of bird species.
- Carara National Park (less than an hour north): Known for its incredible scarlet macaw population, Carara offers dense forest trails, wetlands, and rich biodiversity along the Tarcoles River.
- La Cangreja National Park (about 1 hour inland): A lesser-known gem, this park features cloud forest landscapes, waterfalls, and rare plant species found nowhere else in the country.
Whether you’re a casual hiker, birdwatcher, or wildlife photographer, our nature tours bring you to the edge of these remarkable ecosystems—and in some cases, right into them.
Eco-Tours That Protect and Educate
Our nature excursions are deeply tied to our conservation mission. While the focus of our project is sea turtle protection, we believe in protecting the entire ecosystem, from the forest to the sea.
By joining a nature tour with us, you help support:
- Educational programs in local schools
- Beach and forest clean-ups
- Habitat restoration projects
- Employment for local conservation guides
This is more than sightseeing—this is responsible travel that gives back to the very environments you’re exploring.
What You’ll Experience on Our Nature Tours
